Appalled by their accounts department

I am so frustrated by the service delivery of lancet accounts dept. I received a letter of demand from their lawyers in march without any prior comm. frm them that were not paid in full by my medical aid. I immediately made arrangements to pay this acc and settled it in full on the 30th May 2013, total amount of R2434.30 including lega fees of close to R400 for an Aug 2012 account. In May I decided to contact my medical aid to find out why this account was never settled fully, to find out they made an eror and reprocessed this account and paid lancet the full outstanding account on the 27th of May.
Now lancet is not processing my refund because I had made the payments to their lawyers and April's payment does not show on their side, so far they have processed and amount of R500 done by cheque, not only do I pay legal fees now I need to pay for the cheque deposits made into my account and worse take 7 days to reflect. THe frustrating part is that I have spoken to about 5 different ppl to name a few but all have different stories to tell. Meagan said to today I need to contact (THEIR LAWYERS) and ask them as it's not their job to contact them if them if I made payments to ITCba.
