Signature by someone on contract on my behalf, poor quality goods - slandering as abusive/negligence. Head office unwilling to cooperate by giving any email addresses to lodge complaint. Trading illegally by forging contracts, supplying substitute goods without any acceptance. Intimidation by local staff threatening calls.
