C-track is unprofessional

I bought a car on 2010 and it was fitted with a tracker by C-Track. After a few weeks I tested it and it was not working. I phoned them to come and fix it.

A year after, the money was debited from my bank account by C-track and I reversed it because I had no agreement with them. I then phoned them, they said I have a contract of four years with them and I signed it. I requested them to send me the copy of the contract. The contract was signed but the signature was not mine (forged). I wouldn't have a problem if the contract was presented to me, given a chance to read it through and sign it myself, not sign by someone on my behalf.

1. Why did they took the whole year before they can debit what they thought was due?
2. Who signed the contract on my behalf (Forged my signature)? And why?
