Personal Loan Closed, But still reflected on ITC

I took out a consolidation loan and a third party closed my Absa Personal Loan in the process. However I just checked my Transunion report and the loan is reflected as in arrears for at 150 months. This has affected my credit rating and affected my applications with my bank. I would like this to be rectified with immediate effect.
