PLEASE HELP ME
I DON'T GET THOUGH TO THESE PEOPLE ITS LIKE THEY JUST IGNORE YOU FLAT OUT.
I PHONED THEM I EMAILED THEM AND I TOLD THEM TO CANCEL MY POLICIES TWO MONTH AGO
AND STILL THEY DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT.
I AM SO ANGRY RIGHT NOW.
THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY MIGHT AS WELL JUST CLOSE THEIR DOORS
THEY DON'T EVEN RESPOND TO THE EMAILS I'M SENDING AS THEY ARE THE ONES WHO TOLD ME TO EMAIL THEM. ITS BEEN TWO MONTHS NOW AND STILL NO ANSWER OR CHANGED HAS BEEN MADE
I PHONE THEM AND THEY KEEP SENDING ME TO ANOTHER PERSON WHERE THE PHONE IS JUST RINGING AND I'M NOT GETTING THROUGH TO THESE PEOPLE
MONTH OF JULY PHONED AND EMAILED
MONTH OF AUGUST PHONED AND EMAILED

AND I'M READY TO SUE THEM!!!
