Edgars easily debit an account but not credit it

I refer to my previous report with regard to the two policies we requested to be cancelled this year July 2013.
Several months passed before they finally cancelled the said policies being the funeral and family protection plan November this year 2013. The account was debited every month from July when we informed them to cancel to November when they finally got to cancelling them.
I forwarded Edgars an email in which I queried their reluctance to cancel the policies and requested a refund of the premiums paid from date of cancellation request being July to date when Edgars finally cancelled them being November.
To date I have had no reply to my email neither has the account been credited with the premiums paid from July to November.
Edgars can very easily debit an account with premiums etc and when you hold payment of the account back to get a reaction, they will suspend your account phone you almost every day and threaten with leagal action but take four months to respond to an instruction of policy cancellation.
It is therefore very clear that for EDGARS making as much money in what ever means possible is highest priority above all and client satisfaction is not important at all
