Yet Another Account issue

Phoned Nashua mobile yesterday and was met with a very polite lady Mar-Louise Coetzee and she was very helpful on the phone, i asked her if i could talk to Fidelis Makoni and that i had paid of all credit outstanding and that i wanted to cancel my account She asked if i had requested cancellation i told her that i had emailed Fidelis about it, but a week and half later had no reply. so then she continued to help me with cancellation, and quoted me an amount of R850 - and told me that because i had emailed Fidelis i would not be charged for August ie.(R620), then i got the email with the termination letter and, was very surprised as not only was August included but another R500 was also there, i emailed Mar-Louise immediately and amazingly did not get a reply... i phoned Nashua again and was told that she probably used a "CALCULATION APP THAT ALWAYS GIVES AN INCORRECT VALUE" i not a genius but that seems a bit off to me... back to the story, she then broke down the amount for me. and i calculated the if i cancelled my account early it will cost me the same as if i were not to cancel... I find this Unacceptable and unfair...
