Never able to receive legal assistance

I joined Clientelle Legal a while back and all they have been to me is a disappointment and a let down. To date I have still not received my contract and card even though I have on several occassions called to request for it. Each time I call them seeking legal assistance there is always a reason as to why they cannot assist me and I find this a total waste of the money spent to call them and my time. They receive their money from me every month and on time but I can never receive the necessary help that I need. Is it then worth it to still be a member of this legal scheme? I called them yesterday for a civil claim assistance and the best they could do was refer me to the courts. I feel that as my lawyers they should be able to do this on my behalf.
