Random debit orders and terrible service

I joined clientele legal last year, the consultant I was dealing with advised that I will be represented for any legal assistance. Early this year I logged a legal matter with them to assist me with a dealer who sold me a car engen. I was assured that the matter will be referred to small claims court and I will be notified, few months latter I made enquiry as I did not hear anything from the court. I was advised that the matter was closed on their side and there is nothing they can do. I send another mail to seek for more clarity until today no response. Today I received a call from one of their employees who didn't even know all the details of my complaint as I had to call them to get them to do what they promised to do. To top it all I told hem to debit my bank account on the 20th of every month, however the debit orders are running around th 14th. I feel like an to trust such a company who employing incompetent people to represent me on legal matters. They don't forget to debit my account but they can't even assist me on such a small matter. My car is standing at home as he disc expired due to the engen story and all I get is excuses but no action.
