THEY CANNOT ASSIST ME

Hi. I have had legal and tax for years now. I have had 2 incidents recently where LEGAL AND TAX simply could not assist. I would say it was a lack of knowledge from their side.
I asked LEGAL and TAX to assist me with a debt issue where i signed docs under duress and now am bound to payments. they could not assist me when i signed the docs and are now saying that i did not tell them. I also got outside advise that the matter could have been resolved which i just told the adviser and then they turn around and say that they cannot cover my matter. 2nd incident was that i had a faulty LG microwave that was returned back to the store 2 times within 6 months and they refused to give it back saying i needed to pay transport cost. After i had to go to the store and fight the issue out with the store manager i had my microwave returned at no cost. SO MUCH FOR LEGAL AND TAX ADVISORS WHO TO DATE HAS NOT RESPONDED AND ALL OF THIS HAPPENED IN AUG. I want my premiums back cause they dont know what they are doing and i end up resolving issues myself either with outside assistance or by my own knowledge which is more clued up then the advisors.
