Hi Peter, I have been a client fir African Bank for more than a year and a half now. I have never missed a payment with them. Therefore I should say that I am a good client. I have applied for a new loan on Monday the 30th of September via telephone. They said according to the pre scoring I do qualify for R5000. I just need to go into a banch and supply them with my ID, months salary slips, 3 months bank statements and proof af adres. I went into Somerset West btanch in the Mall where Cindy and Maggie were very helpfull. Cindy took down my application. She then told me that my application is at head office at affordability division. I then left. I phoned back later that afternoon only to hear that there is no answer yet. I phoned Maggie and Candice and both were very helpfull, telling me that it is still at affordability division. I Have beem following up every day and making phone calls. In the past I had a good service with them. Must I now be satisfied with this only because i am an old client now. I have upt to date did not receive any phonecall, sms or e-mail telling me what is going on with my application.
