I have an insurance policy with Auto and General and they have been debiting me an amount of R50, which has now gone up to R60 every month. I spoke to Crystal Vollenhoven last year, asked her why I'm debited an amount of R132 and R50 separately, she said she will look into it and get back to me but till today she hasn't. I received my policy documents last month in September and I notice that the R50 is not mentioned there as well. Up until so far Auto and General has debited me more than R750.00 and I don't know what that is for. I was never mentioned on the sales call and when I communicated with agents at Auto & General. At the back of mind I'm just wondering why Auto and General is debiting me 2 separate amounts, maybe they trying to me and maybe this is done with all the policy!!!
