Another premium adjustment.. AGAIN!

Not so long ago my premiums were ridiculously adjusted and after complaining on hellopeter I finally got the attention required to actually review my profile and correct the fault by bringing my premium down.

Secondly attention was finally paid to a legal issue with Alexander Forbes, which their legal department can't seem to fix after they have messed it up for so long and is still not sorted. however if they had done their jobs when they were supposed to I wouldn't have this issue. i still wait for a response on this issue.

Now after my yearly adjustment to my premium i suddenly have ANOTHER increase?!?!?!? this is becoming ridiculous!!! i get nothing back, i have a steep excess and then a high premium? does this make sense?

I need someone to explain this. and justify this ridiculous premium.
