My previous vehicle was on PAYD drive & I accumalated 3500kms in my savings. When i changed my policy to cover my new car, i asked the call cntr rep if the kms are transferred to which the reply was yes. In that in mind i instated my new car (same policy number, different vehicle) last week i received my statement... Guess what, the kms are not reflecting. So i call the Call Cntr again and get told that my 3500kms which i have already paid for has been forfeited. OMW!!! That is, i paid for that mileage and i want it back! I called the call cntr again yesterday, i am still waiting for a 'team leader' to contact, it has been more than 48 hours... Don't they have an SLA for customers???
