My experience with Zest has been nothing but a misery. I received a call from Rusham offering me the policy cover on my vehicle finance upon accepting I was told that i will receive my policy documents in 24 hours which never happened. A month went by I called the customer service number and was promised by the lady she will get back to me as my policy was not reflecting on the system, i am still waiting for her call. Since then three days has passed (I'm sure the incompetent staff find stuff like this really difficult to complete on time). I called the call centre again yesterday and was promised that i will receive the documents the same day. Again I am still waiting! Sadly i cancelled my Sanlam policy because of this company who cannot even deliver now. What more in the event of something occurring and a person needs to claim???
