Egining of May Std Bank phones me to offer me a credit card. on 5 June I call them to find out where the card was sent as i told them thibault square. They confirm that its thibault square. On 7 June i phone them again to confirm what branch its at and they tell me Thibault square. and all i need to provide them with is my ID. I go to thibault square, queue for 45min and when i am helped they tell me that the card was sent to Gardens cntr. On 10 June i go to Gardens cntr, again queue for 57 minutes. when its my turn with the consultant, she tells me that she cannot release my card because i brough the wring proof of address. It was a posted doctors bill dated 6 weeks back (should not be less than 3months). she refused to use it as 'their' policy is to use only medical aid bills and utility bills. What a complete waste of time. Both my friday lunch time and monday lunch time wasted spent in long queues. Such poor service and not even an apology. They need to rectify this by delivering my credit card to my work or home immediately!!!
