Worst service ever received from an insurance comp

I have been a customer with quicksure for a number of years and never claimed. The first time i claimed it takes them weeks to finalize the claim and when you try and get hold of anyone then no one seems to take the responsibility. This is really the worst service i have ever received from any insurance company. I have actually taken a day off work to take my car in for repairs and in a whole day of phoning to sort a claim out was just told "sorry i didnt get any message" now i have to take more time off just so that i can take my car in after i EVENTUALLY got hold of someone. I have to call the repair place and arrange all. What am i paying them for??? They want your money but they are just not willing to lift a phone to help someone. DEF CANCELING my policy.
