Refund needed on moneys not paid to Tracke

I was a Client of Auto and General for more than 10 years with a good record. Due to increased rates I decided to move and resigned effective end of May 2013. As part of my policy, Auto and General paid over money to Tracker for 2 x tracking units to the amount of R170. As my new Insurance Company did not have the same agreement with Tracker, I had to sign a direct agreement with Tracker. At the end of August I had to make a double payment to Tracker as Auto and General did not pay over my instalment for June. They did however deduct the full amount from my account. I would like Auto and General to investigate this and please pay back what is owing to me. I obviously would have preferred to stay with Auto and General, but I did not like the way that they passed the increase on to me and when I called to enquire the staff were very uncooperative.
