Auto and general debited my account again

I honestly don't know what to do anymore, auto and general debited my account again. I never gave them my account details, I never took out an insurance with them, this is and I want them to pay for all those unpaid transactions because my account now is not in good standing. I am taking this matter to the ombuds.
