FNB freezing account?

Yesterday I tried to swipe for some goods as I always do only to embarrassingly get declined, I asked them again and the same happened, I then drove to the ATM I always withdraw money from and also get declined, I thought to myself maybe FNB cancelled my old card because I received a new one last week, went home to fetch new card and tried the exact same sequence also to get declined.
This is embarrassing standing in a queue just to get declined, and not be able to access my money.
I do not have tine to go to a branch just to be told there is nothing wrong as I did by the telephone banking agents.
, I just tried to make a payment and was told by their website that I am not permitted to make a payment. If this is not resolved today I will be going to the branch to cancel all my accounts!!
