Again i'm astounded by the quality staff that outsurance manages to source and train, Collins Maluleke in specific! WHAT A CHARACTER!!! MAGIC SERVICE! I for one enjoy a good sense of humor while experiencing knowledgeable and prompt service, while going through EVERY option possible to lower my premium Collins made it fun yet understood and straight to the point! Often referring to his managers for permission on the requests that i had placed before him shows me very clearly that he is a great business man, he follows the procedures put in place by the company but is not ashamed to challenge the boundaries of the system in order to make his client feel welcome and supported... This i feel is a GREAT example of outsurance themselves, Willing, capable and NO BS!
