Pathetic & Horrifying Service

I've sent a numerous letters to Avbob requesting that they cancel my funeral cover since the beggining of August 2013. More than a month later it's still not done instead they are debiting my bank account. They sent me a message to inform me they will debit my account I must ensure there's funds available, I immediately called them to insure they don't. Well to my suprise they debited my bank account. They are so horrible, none of my requests have been attended by them. I want my money back.
