Still waiting

I applied for car finance online and was pre approved. I was contacted and asked all relevant documents. Insent trough all documents requested on the same day. After a week when i havent heard anything I phoned I was told the consultant handling my finance was on leave and that it would be handed overbto the team leader who would phone me back a.s.a.p. Another week has passed and I'm still waiting for that call. the car that i made a offer to purchase on the dealer has now sold to some one else. I have bought 2 cars through ABSA previously. This is the worst service I have EVER received!
