Don't use ABSA Vechicle Finance

Car finance paid off years ago, ABSA register your vehicle in their name and do nothing after paid off. They loose the NATIS Papers!
In July I discovered (when car was sold) that ABSA had to deliver Ownership Registration papers with signed negotiable forms.
This required payment of R325.00 to get my own documents, paid on July 24th..

I was travelling and my dealer was trying to get the documents but told I had not paid!!
Last week I resent proof of payment and copy of old License. ABSA then delivered these to the dealer as the missing documents.

Feedback from ABSA today is that it will now take them a further 2 weeks to get a copy of the Natis Registration.!!! If was in my name I could get it in one day!!!

July to October to get my own payments and rubbish excuses that I had not paid their fees and then arguing this week that they had delivered the documents (my copies of License renewal) and now 2 weeks to wait??

No Apologies!! They do not know what they are doing.
