Settlement Letter not Issued and billed 3 months

DMC was supposed to issue a settlement letter at the end of July after I finished paying a debt owed to Standard Bank. I have not received the letter and my account was debited in August, September and October. The worst is that I cannot get through to their call centre. I am holding on as I record this complaint. This tent-amounts to thievery.
