October payment not taken into account

Hi, my motorbike vehicle was written off.
I received a settlement letter dated 2nd of October. In meantime another payment went off on the 4th of october.

So now I need I new settlement letter!
I phoned the call centre they put me threw on friday the 11th, I was holding on for 37 min. Then I had to go work.
Today I got this number 011 8799335 for the supervisor Teresa, phone 12 times now . phone just ring for a while then call ends.

So now I sit...

What do I do now to get a new updated settlement letter!
