Deduction from my back account without approval

Good day,

I noticed since last year October that an amount of R80 is being deducted from my bank account with ref: Fonesure?? I have never asked for any insurance from this company and have NO idea where they came from.

From the complaints, it looks like I'm not the only one with this issue!

Please refund and stop the deductions!
