FNB advertising misreprepresents discounts

Despite being at level 4 Ebucks discount, it is only after signing up to FNB Connect Surf that I discovered that I don't qualify for their advertised discounts. I immediately tried to cancel the "service" and then the fun started. Ms Masilela has tried everything in her power to convince me that I should have somehow divined out of the ether that I would not get the discount. Claiming (falsely) that I should have seen on some web page that I didn't qualify. Even after I sent her a screen dump of their own web page, she still persisted. You know what FNB, you can stick the charges right where the sun don't shine, it's simply not worth the aggravation of trying to get a refund for your misrepresentation of the product. Your non-existent customer service is legendary.
