I logged onto my profile to purchase airtime, low and behold at the top it shouts out 'You are penalised from discounts' I clicked on the link and it gives me a breakdown of why I'm being penalised! Really who cares eBucks??? I can still spend in your shop! For your information I have been unemployed for 5 months which is why my acc is not in your tier 1 discount level! How dare you berate people for how they manage their account!! You don't know individual circumstances!

As soon as I am re-employed I will move to Standard Bank! FNB really have the worst attitude!
