Discount Level drops to 20%!!!

I have been on the top reward level since April 2012. I have enjoyed the 40% discount since then. On Saturday, I wanted to purchase a Makro voucher and saw that my level had dropped to 20%. I called ebucks and they confimred that I still have 20250 bahavioural points. Why has the discount level dropped as I have looked at the rules which says that over 18500 points still qualify for 40% off.

Please sort this out immediately as I would like to buy the voucher I need.
