African Bank
A manager that don't know what is happen

On Saturday morning my wife and I went to African bank to reverse and amount that went threw on my account
a manager that don't know what is happen she gave me wrong info and refused to assist me she told me that there is nothing she can do to help me
so I when to the African bank in central Johannesburg in Main street
to which I have received such nice service and got the reversal done.
a consultant name Bulelani and her Manager Pertunia Shoba from South dale branch
they are rude not helpful and even when I was sitting there she was speaking to her co-work at the top of her voice while assist us...
that was the worst customer service I have ever seen.
