One week going without serviece

I went to African Bank to apply for Loan and I was helped with a consultant of which he didn't complete my work properly wen I went back to confirm I only find out that nothing was done, and they ask me to bring othe papers of which I did, I went to managers ofice and the manager was so rude he even shouted me that this is my branch yu don't talk when I'm talking, I spend 6 hours sitting in the bank thinking that they will help me. The Branh Manager is JACOB MODIGA a very rude unprofesional manager a man who think because he is a manager so he can rule everybody nxaaa. I hate westgate serviece I waisted my time and I end up taking my papers and live..
