Hello,

I find it extremely strange that in exactly 10 working days, I have failed in all my daily attempts to get Thandeka Makama to communicate with me and keep me up to date. All I need is to communicate with her and her manager Collete Swanepoel as they are both responsible for my claim C489059.

Every day since 30 September 2013 I have been calling religiously and requesting different consultants to request Thandeka to please contact me. Not once has she returned any of those requests.

David sent a follow up e-mail this week to both Thandeka and Collete, neither returned my call or acknowledged receipt of the e-mail (which was also forwarded to me).

All I need is someone to communicate with me, that's all. I just need to know the process, what stage we are at now? what else we still need to do? and any other information that is still required from me or any other third party.

I do not work in insurance therefore this is my first time going through this and I have no idea what is to be done.
