Consistent Terrible Service and Double Billing

Over the past 3 years ABSA has given me consistently bad service without any care as to how it impacts me as a customer. Some of my experiences include debit orders on my bond going off twice in a month, automatically increasing credit limits when specifically requested not to, financing the incorrect amount on vehicle financing, sending me messages to pick up cards when they do not exist, terrible turn-around times for all service requests, and sending me banking messages that were destined for other customers.

Throughout this period where ABSA continues to mess up everything that they have worked on for me, I have had to deal with numerous people at the bank and have yet to see evidence of remorse for the inconvenience or an attempt to acknowledge that customers actually keep the bank going. ABSA seems to have an attitude that customers should be greatful to bank with them
