Vehicle Insurance added without my concent

Look, by now I have had it with ABSA Bank. Never in my life, have I had so many problems with a Service Provider.

A lot of insedents have led to me, cancelling my Absa accounts and moving to another bank!

Today I received a sms from my new bank, informing me of my Vehicle Financing debit order being deducted. At first I ignored the sms. After a while I went online to check my balance. So then I realise something. Instantly I am furious!! Absa deducted R489.85 extra! For no reason. After spending 10min on the phone and loosing R30 airtime, I was told that Absa added vehicle insurance to my financing!! Without my concent or me even agreeing to this!!! So now, all of a sudden, this is my problem. I have to call Absa! I have to beg for my money back! I have to cancle this insurance THEY thought to add!!

So what I want now, is for someone from this bank to call ME and sort this problem out! That money was supposed to be used for something else, but now I can't use it!

This is realy not okay!!
