ABSA - DEFINETLY NOT TODAY TOMORROW TOGETHER

I contacted ABSA HOMELOANS to assist me and my husband. My husband got suspended for three months without pay and I contacted ABSA HOMELOANS to make arrangements to pay my bond account. The reply I got is that I am a valued customer - due to the fact that I always pay more than what is expected of me - I cannot make arrangements BEFORE I GET INTO ARREARS. ABSA is not willing to assist us and I MUST PAY THE FULL HOME LOAN ACCOUNT. I explained my situation but ABSA was not interested in listening! Wow, ABSA I never paid a bond account late, I always pay MORE than what is expected of me - so the day that I only request holiday period of three months to get on my feet - ABSA is NOT WILLING TO HELP ME!!! Please do not switch to ABSA - they are not willing to assist you at all. After this three month period is finished I WILL close my personal, credit card and bond account with ABSA and go to a bank that will help their valued customers!! Great to know that being a "valued" customer at ABSA, means nothing when you need them the most!! ABSA will be there for you in good times but should bad luck come your way they will not help you!!! PATHETIC ABSA!!
