BAD SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE

I have been banking with ABSA bank for about 15yrs. I have my bond account with them for the past 6 years. The dealings that I had with ABSA in the past month trying to do a transfer of my bond onto my name has been a nightmare. Every Time you phone to speak to a manager or the person assisting you they are never available. Even after leaving messages for them to call you back no one calls. I cannot understand what kind of service they are giving their clients. The only way I can get answer from them is to go into to the bank and sort out my stuff. I have moved my accounts to FNB but I am still trying to get my bond sorted out and its seems not 1 person is capable of assisting me.
