EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE DELIVERY FNB

This is now the second time i find myself disappointed with FNB, the first time was with my mac, which i posted about, and now after doing an application for a credit card.

i did an application over the phone with FNB on the 06 of Sep 2013, sent through my documents on the 12th, and now almost a whole month later after numerous phone calls to FNB im told that a small portion of my document was cut off and needs to be re-sent. last week alone i made 3 phone calls to FNB checking whether there has been any update my card, why was i not informed then! During the week of the 15th i also made a phone call to FNB, still the same response and no feedback at all! Bare in mind everything has been approved, its just so frustrating that people cant seem to do their jobs properly. This is really upsetting as i do prefer to bank with FNB however, as of recently i have been receiving very poor, and unprofessional service from a banking giant. Now i have the pleasant job of resending my documents!
