Unable to reverse scamed debit orde

On the 27/11/2013 my phone reported that a debit order for an amount R399.00 with reference number ONECALL_PSSAS00007001093131126 was successful deducted from my account. I phoned One call insurance brokers to query this transaction. The lady advised me that there is going around, those people are using One call as the beneficiary. I then phoned Nedbank, spoke to a lady, she advised that I must call Nedbank the following day (28/11/2013) she is unable to reverse it the same day. The following day I phoned Nedbank as instructed spoke to a guy, he said he is unable to reverse that money, I need to call One call and ask them refund me. I explained to that guy that the lady I spoke with the day before said she will be able to reverse the debit order. This guy spoke to someone next to him (I heard him on the background), that person advised him that he can. The guy promised that he will reverse the debit order but up until today I haven't got got my money back. Nedbank is a disgrace to me, I have been banking with them for 5 years. I think its time I switch to another bank.
