Collection letter/phone fee

I were socked when i received charges on my monthly statement, stating charges has been added for collection letter fee and collection call fee for R19.38 each. Firstly I didn't asked them to call me and send me a letter, why do I have to be charged for that? I skip payment month, but always paid my accounts on time and more that has been required.
If they want to call me or send me a letter to take up loan or other products, why am I not charged for that?
I think RCS is just becoming a rip off and greedy the more the company expand. They starting to become worst than micro loans. If the government can shut them down, I will be glad
Lastly I don't think they live up to they promise of they "core business and behaviours"
