Budget Insurance
Bad service

Im very upset with budget insurance my car was in an accident and they now want to make the car a code 3 because the damage on the car to repair is to much for them to cover. I gave them a quote for R29 thousand if i get my own garage to do the repair and still keep my car and not as a code 3 because i would run a lost and i mean that is why we took out insurance at the first place. But the service i recieved from the assesors are very bad they dont respond to my emails and my phone calls. And further more my car has even more damages while standing at the premesis of your company. The under carriage is broken so how do you explain that. I dont feel happy with the service because to me its seems like we the guilty party and we will loose much more at the end. So whats the reason of having insurance at all. I would like to take this further cause im extremely up set. I would apppricaite it if someone on your resolutions board can contact me via telephone or email. Cause if we cant come up with a resolituin im gonna take it further to the ombuts.
