Charged annual fee without us activating new card

We've been calling discovery for the pass month to inform them to cancel our card. We were charged an annual fee that we asked to be refunded.

The call centre said that before the refund we needed to settle the account, and so we did but they did not refund as they said they would

We emailed a query and picked up they actually overcharged us.

They've still not refunded when we call the call centre they say twelve been assisted via email and for some reason they don't understand me and when I email they say I've been assisted telepathically.

Just please refund and don't chArge other people for a secondary card like you did us...

We not using your services please refund our annual charge too
