REFUND OF SECONDARY GARAGE CARD CHARGES FROM 2005

Just contacted STDB (55656404) now wrt my refund for secondary garage card I DID NOT REQUEST and was asked to do the whole process again!!! A R200 debit order (BANK CHARGES! CARD CHARGE 2010102241076981 9309) was collected 03/10/2013 from my cheque account. I contacted STDB Card Div 28/10/2013 and R200 was refunded 02/11/2013. I checked prior years as this card was issued as a secondary card in the name of my "now" ex-husband CW Williams 12/09/2005 and I was charged since 2005. On 23/10/2013 I spoke to Kate Manganya who confirmed the card was never collected nor used and a full refund from inception 2005 will be requested (ref no.: 73088602). By 13/11/2013 I have not heard anything from STD and I contacted them again, spoke to Mpho Mollo who had a conference call with myself and Daniel Makhahle. I requested proof of my request for a secondary Garage Card to which Mpho confirmed a NOTE ON FILE in 2005 stating that I DO NO WANT a secondary card. To date I have not heard anything from Daniel or Mpho (ref no.: ARJ9611). I had a garage card under 2010102241076973 (valid: 25/09/2005 to 30/11/2011). I request a FULL REFUND of bank charges from Sept 2005-Oct 2012 AS I NEVER SIGNED FOR IT!
