Overlimit charges

I am petrol card holder of discovery from 2007 since last year I experience unnecessary charge on my petrol card- to my surprise my limit on the card is 3050.00. So the past two months September and October 2013 I have been charged over the limit charges whereas I never went over the limit. The fees they charge took me over the limit. To be precise last month I am not sure what happened since they charged me 220 over limit plus 450 annual fees for card which I don't use. So when I call on Tuesday I spoke to the lady which dropped my call then I phoned for the second time I spoke to Elizabeth who was very arrogant when I try to explain what is my problem. I told her that it's their fees which mess up my records. She said i am liable to pay the amount even though is their week system. You can't penalize me by your mistake- I signed contract for 3050.00 as my limit. How you deal with your charges I don't think it has nothing to do with me. Please rectify all charges on my account.
