Double Debiting my account without my approval

Hi Peter,

I have 2 loans & one credit card with this institution, for the past 3 or 4 months they are double debiting my account without my approval, yes i know I'm in arrear with my loan but that doesn't give them the right to do this without any form of communication. I wrote a letter and faxed on the 24/06/2013 requesting for my instalment to be decrease as i have some financial challenges but no one replied or called back but now they have a nerve to double debit my account of which i feel it is illegal, they need to speak to me first then take it from there, nowhere in the contract that it states this but they are doing it. I need them to explain to me why they are doing this. I'm going to my bank to reverse the additional debit order.
