Double debiting after numerous requests not too

Nedbank has been double debiting my account. I have complained several times even to the managers. My account was still double debited. My contract was also due to expire and I asked them to change my account from debit order to a cash payment as Im not sure if I will have money in my bank account and would not want the debit order to bounce back and would prefer to make a cash payment. They blatantly ignored me. I have been ignored by the 3 - 4 customer service people who phone me one after the other every day. They obviously do not update their database to keep track of their calls or choose to harass their customers. Their customer service is the WORST that I have ever experianced.
