Taking money that does not belong to them

I use to think FNB is the best bank South Africa but what they doing to be is unacceptable. I had a FNB personal Loan and I paid the loan finished on the 21st of September 2013 the amount that I still owned on the loan was R1207 and I paid and on the 25th of September FNB debited my account with R1844. And that money was for my other debit orders now my debit orders and bouncing and FNB is charging me R60 for each debit order that does not get paid. I WANT MY MONEY.
