Walked into FNB N1 city this morning and spoke to a consultant and asked her to change my monthly account fee to a cheaper 1.
So she does it for me -THANK YOU
i log onto online banking 20minutes later and i see I've been charged R84.00 on the 17 September monthly account fee and again today R12.50 for monthly account fee.
Why have i been charged twice? the R84.00 is already my monthly account charges for September.
