I've got my vehicle insured with Standard bank vehicle insurance, all I need is a tax certificate to sort out my supporting documents for SARS or else face penalties. I called the number on your website and was transferred to different consultants because no-one has an email address or direct number for me to contact. The last person I spoke to was Raymond Dube who said that he will get the tax certificate and email it to me. I still have no feedback. Why is your staff so unprofessional and incompetent??? I've dealt with other companies and they sent me the tax certificates within a few minutes. All I need is my tax certificate, what is the delay???
