Failed to Issue Company 's tax certificates docs

FNB tells me there is an option to generate the SARS supporting documents for issuing my company 's tax certificate. Now i clicked on 'tax certificate' under accounts, as i was told to do so and I get "No Statements Returned ". I have logged a call but still can't get help.
